what happened to permanently blocking spam?
is there a limit to how many spams can be blocked?
Hi there. You can block up to 1000 email addresses. The block feature is best used for people, not spam, since spammers can use spoofed accounts. Meaning what you see might not be the actual sender address. The more often you mark these emails as Spam, the more you train your personal mail filter to recognize them as unwanted. Also, you can create filters by going to mail.aol.com from a laptop/PC, click Settings>More Settings>Filters. Here you can add as rule to filter the repetitive terms you see in the subject line or email body.

spam.com, oh I mean someone trading as aol.com
Why do I have to pay and get 20 to 100 spams a day that I have to scroll through to find a customer's email that found its way into spam. -

We need filters for INCOMING SPAM - NOT incoming email to my inbox. I get literally hundreds a week that come DIRECTLY to spam folder. The problem is I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THEM ALL to check for non-Spam. Will you please Please PLEASE create incoming spam filters!!!!!!!
