How can we improve AOL Mail?

All of a sudden I can not comment on AOL news articles. I keep getting the Sign Up to Pos prompt. Just posted yesterday. No problem. I

Why can't I comment on AOL news articles anymore? Did so yesterday. No problem. Now it is directing me to Sign Up To Post. Why is that? I follow the guidelines.

    At least send me an e-mail to explain why I can no longer comment on AOL-yahoo new articles. I have no clue as to why I am blocked or unable to do so.l
