I contacted AOL via phone and spoke with Jake. I cannot enter comments on any AOL articles. It wants me to "sign in". I'm signed in!
I contacted AOL via phone and spoke with Jake. I cannot enter comments on any AOL articles. It wants me to "sign in". I'm already signed in! After waiting for perhaps 10 minutes, Jake came back on line and said the issue is happening with many accounts...not just mine. It is a system error. Fix it.
