Properly handle messages addressed to AOL email addresses
I am receiving bogus, perhaps phishing, messages that are addressed to AOL email addresses that start with my first name, but are arriving in my gmail Inbox. The most recent message was addressed to AltonLA@aol.com, with a Cc to AltonZh@aol.com. They were delivered to trippap@gmail.com, my gmail address. In general, other messages are addressed to Alton??@aol.com, where ?? represents two random characters, with Cc to Alton??@aol.com (different ??). I assume that, because the original To: is an aol.com email address, the message is first processed by AOL in it's servers and then sent out to other servers, rather than being delivered to the AOL addressee or being rejected with an error message being sent to the sender. That's why I'm looking for answers from AOL which must be a party to what's going on. The complete header from the most recent AltonLA@aol.com message follows below. Note that the content appears to be a mishmash of other possible messages, including ieee802 and unsubscribing from some list. I don't recognize any of the content. I copied in the complete header in this feedback, but received and error message "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request". No reason given. Great customer interaction, AOL. If anyone is interested in seeing the header (very long) from one of these bogus messages, I can supply it. Else, I expect AOL to stop being creative and redirecting messages sent to bogus aol.com addresses to my gmail account.

For what it's worth, the Word document where I copied the complete header contains 22 pages. Likely why I could not include it in this feedback.
