How can we improve AOL Mail?

turn off the suggestions about notifications

I am tired of when I send an email getting the notification asking me if I would like to turn on notifications on a particular person/email address. I cannot find a way to turn that notification off. Is there a way? If not, Please AOL, if I want to turn on a notification, I will turn it on, stop asking me if I want a notification every time I send an email.

    It's very annoying to be asked if I want notifications on every time I send an email. I have notifications off because I want them off. If I change my mind, it won't be because you constantly pester me.
