How can we improve AOL Mail?

I have now noticed 4 emails from 3 different senders that have gone straight to "Recently Deleted" without ever appearing in "New Mail"

I have now noticed 4 emails from 3 different senders that have gone straight to "Recently Deleted" without ever appearing in "New Mail". I stumbled onto this while on the phone with a sender awaiting their email. I suspect this is part of a platform update that has gone wrong. This is no good and needs to be fixed!!!

    Three of the four emails that were sent straight to "Recently Deleted" were very important and timely. This should never happen. How many other people is this happening to and they do not realize it.
