not receiving email from specific addresses
My elderly not tech savvy mother has not been getting any email from two specific addresses -- USPS Informed Delivery and Buildinglink.com. She relies on thesse two addresses to keep up with bills and apartment builiding announcements. She hasn't been receiving any of these important emals since the beginning of Sept. They originally were being sent to her spam folder, which I had to mark as "not spam" several times since she is not sharp enough to figure this out for herself. Even though I have made sure that both of these addresses have been added to her contacts she has not been able to receive any emails from them. Is there any way to contact AOL's postmaster to get this straightened out. All I've been able to find is contact info for when you are the sender not the recipient.
Hi there! Our suggestion would be get in contact with the sender and ask him/her to fill in an ticket on senders.yahooinc.com and provided the info needed. This will allow our colleagues to take a look at the issue.
