AOL mail extremely buggy
My elderly not tech savvy mother has been having nothing but trouble with getting her email. Informed Delivery has stopped coming to her all together. YES, IT'S BEEN ADDED TO HER CONTACTS! NO IT'S NOT ON THE STUPID BLOCK LIST! She had an entire year of IMPORTANT emails mysteriously disappear -- NO SHE DID NOT DELETE THEM!!! Random emails are sent to the trash instead of the inbox. NO SHE DOESN'T USE FILTERS!!! I HAVE NEVER SET UP ANY FILTERS FOR HER EXCEPT FOR SPAM, SO DON'T TELL US TO CHECK THE FILTERS OR THE BLOCK LIST! Fix this **** service of yours and make it easier for our technophobic elders to use!
