Fix AOL so I can get Informed Delivery Emails again
I HAVE WORKED WITH USPS TECH SUPPORT. THE ISSUE IS ON AOL SIDE.
I have 3 AOL email accounts. In March 2023 my informed delivery emails from the USPS stopped being received in all 3 of my AOL email accounts.. They did NOT go to SPAM or BLOCKED. I had been receiving them for years & then they stopped at all 3 of my AOL accounts.
So I created a gmail account & immediately began getting the emails.
WHY WON’T AOL ALLOW these emails. I talked to tech support at USPS. After about an hour of troubleshooting, they advised me to contact AOL because other AOL users are having the problem.
I receive other emails from the USPS but not ones from USPSInformeddelivery@email.informeddelivery.usps.com

I have been a loyal AOL user for over 35 years. Is it time to drop AOL because they will not fix this problem & continue to point the finger elsewhere?

This is on AOL side…not USPS!
