Did it ever occur to you to tell us about this Mail fiasco 3 days ago? That's when both my wife and I stopped getting mail.
The "genius" who decided for all AOL users "to keep our information safe" should be fired. Just brilliant. When are you idiots going to figure out that preventing legitimate users from accessing their information is not "security." it's stupidity.
Oh yeah and your customer service is essentially non-existent.. What a joke.
