Stop requiring phone number verification to log in
Please stop asking "is it really you" and requiring us to answer the phone for a code number just to log in. This is happening every day and is very
annoying. What is the purpose of this? We have been on AOL for a long time. Thanks,
Hi there! We are really sorry for the inconvenience. The phone number verification is a security purposes measure that we are taking in order to ensure the safety of the account. If you want to be logged in without the phone number verification we would suggest you to check the "stay signed in" box or disable the 2-step verification. Although we would suggest you to keep the 2-step verification active this might solve the issue. Thank you for reaching out to us!
