    You might want to check if "Big Leaf Networks" is associated in any way with your internet connection. They are located in Tigard, Oregon, a few miles outside of Portland. Someone I know was getting the weather forecast for Portland but they live on the East coast. Turns out they were using Big Leaf networks and that was causing the confusion.
