After trying several times to phone AOL each time a message says Hmmm, we don't recognize your phone number. Try calling from another phone. This is nuts. It's the same phone number I've had for 25 years. There's no way to email AOL or to chat live. It's impossible to make contact with AOL. I tried accessing my email account from my library to use their high quality printer to print out some emails. I couldn't do it, I was locked out of my own email account. There's nobody to talk with about this. This stinks. Also, there's no way to forward an email and to retain the original in my inbox. This is very frustrating and time consuming.

If this weren't important I wouldn't take the time to send feedback. Also, just to access "uservoice" is time consuming. Had there been a way to contact AOL directly I would not have taken the time to post my concerns here. Hopefully someone from AOL will be in contact to straighten this out.
