you should not expect me to pay $4.99 when you advertisements stick and I cannot use my email
when signing into my email the advertisement block sticks and does not give me the the advertisement but a black box spins with a circle preventing me to not use the opening or deleting my emails. It blocks my email screen.

It is illegal for companies to force something on someone then charge them to remove it. They claim ads are necessary and help keep things free, if that were true, there would not be an option to get rid of them. Reporting does nothing, contacting aol does nothing. They plainly do not care about us

Suddenly every email load has a right column that contains other news and ads. For yet another $4.99/mo they say I can eliminate ads. But the Feedback forum says that isn't happening. Tis is a Scam to get more money
