AOL blocks informed delivery for an year then suddenly lets it through again
My mother has had no emails from USPS Infromed Delivery for an year then suddenly yesterday she FINALLY received one email from USPS for the first time. She has VERY LIMITED tech knowledge and does NOT block anything since she does NOT want to learn how. This is a VERY common issue on AOL's end from all the posts here regarding Informed Delivery. We had tried contacting USPS several times regarding the issue earlier only to have them blame AOL and not bother to fix it. It seems to me that AOL likes to control what its users receive regardless of users' settings as well as not care to fix anything when users complain.
