Why did you change everyone's emails?!
AOL has locked myself and many others out of their accounts. I have tried talking to customer service but they don't understand it. If your users sign up for example.com using email@aol.com and then you guys suddenly change it to email@aim.com, you locked those users out of example.com. I have been pulling my hair out trying to prove my identity to these sites that have my aol.com email. I want to change my email to a service that actually cares about its users and doesn't charge a fee for customer support. Why do I need to pay for customer support? Your customer support aren't intelligent enough to understand this very simple problem. AOL is a steaming pile of garbage.
