How can we improve AOL Mail?

I am an old man. I tried using your system on clicking on how many images of say a bike, bridge etc I see in order to log on to my account.
I WAS UNSUCCCESSFUL AND LOCKED OUT OF MY AOL ACCOUNT
I NEED to access my account which I get important messages from my physicians and other people. WHY ARE YOU ADDING THESE EXTRA hurdLES TO Accessing my account???? Do you ever think these things thru.
