I have been having the following issue at least six months plus: As I'm reading an older Email (two days or older), within a minute the Email I was reading disappears. I then have to find the Email by doing a search or go to the "read" Emails to find recover it. I then have to click "unread" so I have enough time to read, especially if it's an article, magazine, newspaper, etc. This is time consuming, especially if I didn't remember the date the Email was sent. My Case # is 24530296. I do look forward to hearing back from the AOL Team on how this was occurring. By the way, the IT Assistant that helped me, Mary, was very helpful and patient.
