Can't respond to your email request because I don't use X or Facebook.
It's too difficult to give feedback. AOL responded to a post I entered here with a request that I contact you via X or FB, but I'm not on them.
Also, I don't want to pay to speak to an agent bc of a problem on your end.

Responding to #892 Sign In Insanity
The issue I reported has happened more than once.
AOL sends me a code to sign in to the account I'm signing into–as I am signing in, after I enter my email address, but before I enter my passcode.
I am unable to sign in. And I cannot access the code because I can't proceed with the sign in.
I called once before about this, and the agent said that this is impossible. But, it's happened again.
