Provide free customer service!
Suddenly I can't log in. I tried all the Aol on-line methods, none of which worked. Aol was to send the 6 digit password to my Aol account to get me in, but it never came through. So I tried sending to my cellphone and to my gmail account, but got no code in either case. I called customer service and for a "fee" they agreed to help me. How much? "Oh we can't tell you that." Are you kidding me? Every service on earth tells you up front what the charge will be, but no, not Aol, because they're special. "Well sir, there are free on-line services!" Yes, and they don't work! This is how you treat a customer of over 30 years?
