email from a sender in my address book is blocked

email from a sender at @live.co.uk to a @compuserve.com email address does not arrive. There is of course, it seems, NO WAY AT ALL of dealing with this. or of notifying you.

    of course its critical. How much time do we have to waste on products that promise but which do not work. ?
