Blocking subscription news services and retailers
Once again, AOL is blocking emails from retailers with which I regularly do business, and also from conservative news sites to which I have subscriptions. I repeatedly mark these emails as not spam, but they keep going into my spam folder. The email addresses are in my contacts list. I see that lots of people are having the same problem. Do you actually read customer feedback? Do you care about customer satisfaction? Then, why hasn't this been fixed? AOL is becoming more of a problem than the subscription is worth.
