Password Change
I’m trying to change my password to access AOL mail. I (finally) found the link to do so, under Help under Privacy (I think). Why isn’t there a more direct/obvious access? More importantly, when I try to use it, it asks me to log in (even though I’m ALREADY logged in!!), but when I do log in, all I can get is a “WEB SERVER ERROR” page.
This is - or should be - a very simple, easily accessible function! In this day and age (with data breaches every other day, it seems), why can’t you make this easy, and make it work??
