need someone with authority to help me. I have been on chat several times and on a lengthy phone call. I can not pull up my account information. Me debit card will be expiring soon and I can't get into my account.

I was on the phone saturday for about 2 hours with no help. I need someone that can go beyond standard. AOL, I cannot access my account to make changes. I keep getting an Error host has not completed something???
