How can we improve AOL Mail?

Both my laptop and desktop AOL emails load and then when I try and read mail, it says there is an error. What is Wrong!!!

Both my laptop and desktop AOL emails load and then when I try and read mail, it says there is an error. What is Wrong!!! My internet is working, I shut down my computer.
