AOL Mail not working with Gmailify -- bad certificate issued on July 29, 2025

Gmailify for AOL is not working as of 7-29-25

To AOL: You deployed the wrong certificate on top of the AOL API authentication endpoint. While you may be able to move past it in specific browsers, nothing is going to work until they correct the certificate. The certificate name is mismatched to the domain being used, and the certificate was created on July 29, 2025.

    My Gmail and AOL Mail aren't communicating as they have for a decade. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

    Per Redditor: " api.screenname.aol.com is using a certificate that has been issued for *.fantasysports.yahoo.com. So Gmail won't trust the site due to the configuration error. "

    Should be a simple fix. Be a hero. Get it done.

    Please fix. Can't check aol mail in Gmail app for first time in 10+ years.
