Provide support.
One account logs in & plays nicely w/ T-bird on desktop. The 2nd one doesn't work at all. Historically, both worked.
On new Samsung phone POP servers are refused connection to both AOL accounts.
Online support directed me to phone support. Phone support refused to assist unless I bought some subscription service. Just a crass upselling scheme.
