Since ca. last month: "We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device."
I enter my username. I enter my password.
Error:
"Something went wrong
We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device"
So far I was able to use an older computer at home to login. But when I travel, I only have one device and one device only with me.
Right now I write this from the computer of my mother, because mine - at the same time - receives this error message.
I see script errors in the browser console, but these are the same on computers that work and on computers that do not.
We use the same Firefox version (auto-updated), her computer runs Windows 11, mine Arch Linux. I use HTTPS-over-DNS.
Again: This used to work perfectly fine until some day last month. In between, I have been able to login normally every now and then, and then it is broken again.
How do I diagnose the issue? Whom do I contact? When will you fix it?
