This comes up every time I log into my email and log back out again.
It does not stop anything, but it does come up every time.
Only AOL does this, not other sites, just AOL Mail.
As for my proxy settings, my ISP handles those on their side of the router.
This problem has only been occurring since the beginning of this year.
