Favorite folder
Lost folders on favorites shortcut for chrome web browser. Tried adding folder and said it was alreay there. When the folder showed up it was empty. In incognito mode the folder showed up and contained the desired sites. The tech tried various options but was not successful Tried a new browser,safari, and the missing folder was there .

The tech, Chris was attebtive and really tried to solve the issue. Would rate him very high in customer concern and satisfaction. Gave me a way to access folder on another browser.
