unable to change my security method because I can't log in due it not working, customer service is unable to help

unable to change my security method because I can't log in due it not working, customer service is unable to help,
my account is friedmansmovie@aol.com I can get into the email on a different computer, but cannot install anywhere else due to this problem

    I need someone who can change this to call me, customer service cannot even validate my account and refuses to transfer me to someone who can help me, thank you.
