How can we improve AOL Mail?

Suddenly lot receiving email from my family! What happened? Also can't send mail from my phone to myself.

Please fix the mail to that I can get messages from my family again. Political mail comes through fine. I don't understand!

    In the last week or two I haven't been receiving mail from my family. I get plenty of political mail that I don't care about. My family have not been receiving my emails either. Please help. Long time user of AOL and don't want to switch. Thank you.
