Two-factor authentication in a time-waster. It also makes one form of communication - email - dependent on another - a cell phone. This is not necessary. Give us the option to REMOVE the requirement of two-factor authentication. Switching it off in worthless settings does not remove it.

Please stop asking to use a passkey or fingerprint to log on. It is a pain to do this every time. Please stop this.

AOL needs to do better. Passkey doesn't work. I have two emails but my primary email used to log-in immediately, Friends having same issue, Customer support useless. fix it. Log-in should be simple.

Contacting customer service is no help with the language barrier. I don't want to sign-in every time I need to see my emails. Ridiculous
