I'm having multiple issues with my email. Up until a few days ago as I would view my new mail I would simply have to click the BLUE Button next to each email that I was not interested in reading and it would sent directly to Old Mail and removed from the New Mail page. It helped move my emails quicker. Now when I click on the Blue Button next to the email it turns to a grey color but remains on that page unless I refresh the page. My second issue, I get multiple emails from certain sites every day. Sometime 10-12. I would type the name I was looking for up in the AOL search box usually the button below it that says mail light up to a blue color which then allows me to click on the mail button and then brings up every email from that particular named group. The mail button no loner highlights to blue and I cannot click on it. I have to instead hit the "Enter key" on the computer to get those emails up together. Lastly I have folders for certain emails. Emails that I would want to move to a particular folder I could grab it and pull it into the particular folder. When I did a notification would pop up on my screen stating the email was moved to that folder. I can still pull it into the folder but the notification is coming up. If I accidentally put it in a different folder I wouldn't know because I'm not getting the notification alerting to where it was sent. This all started about 3-4 days ago. I've called tech support twice and they have not been able to rectify the issue. They gave me a case number (33973837) and said to send in this issue box and that another advanced department would be able to help me resolve these issues .... Thank You ....
