How can we improve AOL Mail?

How can we prevent 2-factor authentication? (You know, the "feature" that locks you out of your account permanently)

Make it easy for the user to opt-out of 2-factor authentication. I have heard that there is a way to opt-out, but I have never seen a way.

    Locking a user out would be a fatal flaw in AOL. It should be impossible for this to happen.
