I CANNOT READ MY E-MAIL. IT IS TOO ******* SMALL. LET ME CHANGE MY FONT SIZE TO WHATEVER SIZE I WANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHY ARE YOU CHANGING THE FONT SIZE???? I CAN'T ******* READ IT!!!!!!! LARGE??? WHAT A JOKE. IT IS NOT LARGE. GIVE ME THE OPTION TO MAKE MY FONT WHATEVER SIZE I FIND LEGIBLE TO ME!!!!!!

During the support session an attempt was made to adjust, on an as needed basis, the font size of any text message being composed in the email composition window. No matter what was tried, no matter the browser used, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, the enlargement of the font or the shrinking of the font to a smaller size, would not work. All other operations worked just fine, Bold, Italics, Underline, but the text size would remain the size that had been set as default for the web page itself. The Tech referred to the upper management and we tried again but to no avail. I was informed that it was needed that I compose this notification and submit it to AOL and try adjusting the font size some day in the future after AOL has a greater time limit to look into the matter. Yes return to a more readable font as it was before

Could you tell me the reason for the extremely faint font now? Is it to make everything on AOL noticeably unreadable? I don't like it! Please return to the way it was before.
