1. Please stop with the email view upgrades. Obviously people are satisfied with original format which is why they are still with you. The new format is horrible and not mobile phone friendly. Some people dont have the capabilities to download as an app. Please give an option to go back to classic view. 2. The advertising is overwhelming. Please dont compromise your integrity and ethics by resorting to having people pay to not have ads. Its destroying these platforms that once were ad free and the reason why people use it because of this. 3. PLEASE ALLOW FULL DISPLAY OF EMAIL THREAD INFORMATION. When I reply to an email, the reocrd should be displayed and not in short cut, e.g. TO, FROM, TIME, DATE, SUB. This helps if someone is trying to track record or file the email for documentation purposes. I dont see the logic in omitting this information in the email thread. 4. FIX when you review old emails and delete or move that it goes back to where you last were instead of back to the beginning where you have to click the arrow button just to get to the year or date you are trying to view. Thank you and I appreciate any consideration to reevaluate the aforementioned.

go back to old aol mail presentation, I cannot see stock market results on opening screen, I cannot see Sprts results on opening screen very disappointing to have to open other windows to get what was automatic

I liked when my emails loaded faster, I have to get through a lot of them and this slower loading wastes my time. Thank you.

New AOL email version with Old Mail..New Mail feature is awkward.The sort by Sender feature is gone. The most recent previous format was perfectly fine and efficient. Why ruin a good thing?
