How can we improve AOL Mail?

I cannot receive mail from certain companies! Why not?

I get SPAM mail from a million places. Why can't I receive emails from companies that I have requested they email me?

    Today, I ordered documents for my clients. I could not get mail using my aol address from documentation@rccl.com However, I was able to get it sent to my aim address. Please fix this issue as this has happened frequently.
