the old format was much nicer. the new one sucks, spell check should never been taken away

Give us the option to revert to the old system!! Seniors would not still be with AO, if they could handle new formats easily. Obviously someone in product development doesn't know AOL's customer base. This was a waste of time and improves nothing for us.

Please revert to previous email set up ASAP before I move on. You can do this to your loyal customer for three decades and counting. Come make easier for us, we are old now. we're senior citizens.

30 ans que je connais apprécie AOL, et suis abonné depuis 30 ans, et depuis ces années je participe aux signalement des souhaits d' amélioration. mais avec peu de réponses.
Je trouve en effet anormal que AOL n'intègre pas d'outils pour aider ceux qui ont des difficultés.

come on AOL. sort this issue out. getting motion sickness when replying to an email with all message auto scrolling to bottom.

This issue was resolved by installing GBoard or another keyboard.

I can no l longer write or answer any emails without the keyboard constantly disappearing and the cursor dropping pages down. I scroll all the way back up for it to do the same thing over and over. Guessing after decades of using AOL it's time to move on as its impossible to use this company anymore, maybe that's their ulterior motive, bye bye AOL 👋

I agree with the comments about the difficulty in being able to reply to messages with you Android phone app.

please get rid of the shopping page. I don't need 2 emails from the same person. it's redundant and causes confusion, and takes up space. thank you.

the new format is impossible to use. the message drops to the bottom of the screen and it's necessary to scroll up to the top if you're fast enough. Outlook is now easier.

responding to an email thread is RIDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT. The page jumps to the bottom instead of staying on response line. Forcing me to use Gmail way more often and eventually going to make me dump AOL.
