Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

You need unlimited spam blocking. 1000 is a joke. You also need at the very least 100 domain blocks. Websites ignore do not share orders. I get 1000 spam in just a week or two. You mark them as spam, so there should be a way to block them. There are alot of pornographic topics that I DO NOT WANT TO SEE!!!!!! Fix this!!!

AOL has a serious issue with scammers. I receive tons of spam messages each day from newsletter@domain... They have done zero, zip, nada to stop them. Essentially AOL does NOT CARE!

I don't know of this is the best comment area to register two suggestions - any way here they are.
1) Fraudulent ads. This evening I responded to an ad for CBD gummies developed by EIon Musk. In attempting to order the smallest quantity of gummies, a response came back that my card was not accepted, please enter another card generating another response that the card was not accepted. Within a very short time attempts were made to withdraw over $200 from each account. You'd need a protocol in place to ID these attempts at fraud as well to prevent the perps from ever advertising their scams on your site again and even better to set up a collaborative to drive the crooks from using the web to carry out their crimes--a couple of years in jail for the first offence. AI should be able to generate the software to block offshore crooks from their ability from accessing the US web markets. -

It is ridiculous that I can no longer simply use my mouse to move an email to a folder I PAY FOR on AOL. Instead this ridiculous "+ Split Screen" appears to the left and makes it IMPOSSIBLE. TURN THIS OFF

You switched to this awful format and I can't view my emails. Why is it with you tech people that your UpGrAdEs always, always, result in loss of function???

Get rid of these ads or I will switch to another free email. I should and will not pay you to not run annoying ads while I am on the Internet. It interrupted a business Zoom meeting I was on. I am unhappy. I have been an AOL member since the beginning, but this is ridiculous. Please restore my regular email.

I totally agree! Why is AOL emulating the other email providers? They had an unique product that worked and was well liked by almost every user! AOL return to what user's want...

You have hidden the feedback button AGAIN in a more tedious to find area of the forum. Where the H3LL is the ALPHABETIZE function in the email SORTING feature??? Why was that gotten rid of??? Was very useful in deleting **** mail!!! And FINDING mail!!!
Doo-doo birds must work there!!! -

These could all be blocked by *@gendafilem* if allowed - as noted there really are trillions of combinations of 12 random letters, and it makes no sense to try blocking each email address since they will never repeat
