I agree! But AOL does not want to fix this issue because they're in cahoots with the Spammers, that's why they allow so many through. Wild cards such as an asterisks would minimize the number of Spam Messages...

I want a classic email experience and an AOL account. I do not want any advertisements.

I agree! I guess AOL wants to have its mail look like Gmail...

Changes totally disorientate my daily use of mail which is unacceptable. I already had a personal sorting system which is quick and uncomplicated. Also, my first name is appearing on sent emails which I do not agree to and need to remove. Your unwanted changes have caused me anxiety, wasted valuable time and cost money consulting my tech adviser.

Even when I have enabled my spell check in my settings, I still have to remember and go spellcheck at the bottom of my email to correct them. Can't my word document influence my aol writing emails?

Unfortunately, the new font is what everyone seems to be changing to. Supposedly, "experts" say it is easier to read for everyone. This is not true. It is much harder to read and I hate it. It just seems to be more blurry to me. Please go back to the old font or have the option of being able to change fonts.

I wish there was an Un-do like a word document. There have been times when a mistake is made and the entire message is wiped out and no way recover. Then I have to start all over and try to remember everything. Un-necessary stress and concern.

Looking for an answer why my keyboard stops working while typing ONLY on the AOL computer web page and no where else. I am typing and suddenly I hit keys and nothing happens on the screen. not happening ever on any other email or web page.

How about not having the bubble pop up for notification of deletion,etc. pop up over the tab options and/or make the notification much shorter so that the bubble disappears and you can choose options from the tabs. ANNOYING !

Junk mail option to DELETE AND Block sender WORKS !
Once I found it the Junk Mail Dramatically decreased! dramatically! Then it stopped working.
I finally figured it out- there is a 1000 limit on blocked junk mail addresses .
AOL finally solved its biggest issue with all who reject you . we all have other emails to avoid you - but you were on the block first so we keep it .
To use the feature with NEW JUNK MAIL > it requires deleting addresses previously deleted.
THEY ARE STILL JUNK , your the tech :geniuses , > listen to your customers. those that remain

Can this be corrected or should I look for alternatives?

I agree! There is no reason why AOL can not allow wild cards for spam addresses. I get a enormous amount of spam from: @gerdasine.info. They should allow: *@gerdasine.info. Why not AOL?

And now it's @gerdasine and @newbidblog - same adds, just a different domain - impossible to block, the permutations for gerdasine, 12 letters + numbers + upper/lower case are infinite

Go back in time. I hate the newer formats. AOL has gone down the tubes. Why do you hire people to change things when it was perfect in the1980s. Dumb. I've been with you since you opened shop. Forty years later...AOL stinks.
