Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

If you noticed the last time product support responded was May 23 2023. This is on the number one ranked concern from their customers... Makes me beleive even more this site is a spam/junk collection for AOL..... Laughing all the way to the ad bank with the little smiley face...

AOL has messed up, the basic email was clear and consise now its a mess, Im moving over to GMail for all my important stuff now.

AOL is getting greedy with their new layout not only showing massive banner advertisements, but now they want money for the extra screen space on the right side of my screen! Do yourselves a favor and stick it to AOL by getting an ad blocker. I use UBlock Origin on firefox, it block all ads. Until a change is made I will keep spreading the word on how to stop AOL from collecting ad revenue.

I agree and AOL Mail eliminated Classic, Courier New, Comic Sans MS, Garamond, Impact and Lucinda Console fonts. They're not getting any better!

Not sure but I think there were two older versions you could pick from. I liked either one better than the new one. Please switch back or give us a choice. If you can't support both long, see which one is more popular after 6 months or so.

i am furious that aol has taken away the option of using aol basic mail. the new version is horrible. why do you do this to your subscribers. obviously does not matter. i used to look forward to going on my laptop to check my email, now i dread it. waiting for my daughter to help me find another way to check my email without paying subscription fees.

I agree. There was nothing wrong with your former system. It was easier to delete emails selectively instead of a huge group
