Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

It is sad that you disrespect the people that pay for this service by not allowing them the choice to return to the prior version of AOL mail . I will pray for you , but it will not be to a god in heaven !!!!!

I want my old mailbox back. I can only forward to two addresses before the send iconj disappears, also I can not send drafts,

You have also made it more difficult to add/delete contacts. This is not user friendly.

I don't like your new email format at all. If I had wanted a change, I can set up a new email that I don't pay for.

I just want classic email back. I've had it since 199?. Can't handle the change, don't mess up what already works.

Each time AOL upgrades, the quality goes down. Once, if I emailed photos to someone, I could see them clearly. After an 'upgrade', they became thumbnail photos that I would have to download to see. Now? More often than not, I get the message, "We're having trouble previewing this file". Yep. I miss Classic email. I hate the new email. I am seriously considering closing my account.

I NEED to be able to find individuals even when I'm not actually writing something.
I CANNOT DO THAT. -

My contact list does not work properly anymore. I cannot add contact to my sublist nor can I remove names from sublist without it being removed from the entire contact list. I have had AOL since the very beginning of your mail program and the way it is looking to me is that if I want to continue using you as my mail server I can not get help anymore unless I upgrade to a paid program. I will need to change email accounts as this has taken many hours and I still do not have my contact list updated.

Since 2021, AOL has been owned by Yahoo. Prior to that, the company was AOL Time Warner. Not even Gmail is this screwed up! AOL needs to give us the option to revert back because this new format SUCKS EGGS! I hate it as much as Gmail now. I will find another option and leave AOL if they do not find their way back to the "awesome email" they were before.
IDIOTS run AOL email now--this proves it! The one thing online that had actual user perks has been stupidly turned into "same as the rest" email. What a shame. The email department seems unable to figure their way out of this horrible email mess and revert back. I believe they just do not know how to put it back. -

Why did you change the format??? Perhaps to have more adds.

I have had 100's of complaints from my email contacts that ive not reponded to attachments or jpegs that they have sent . this is because the new **** aol system either hides them or puts pics as a tiny thumbnail right at the bottom of the page including old correspondance. also , inportant mail ends up in the spam box even though they are on my contact list - this is a stupid and **** system give us back the old one or face the consiquences

Don't you get it, Google owns AOL and they want to phase it out and make us use *@gmail so they can monitor our email more easily for key words and censer us like Facebook does.
This isn't even AOL its "user voice" trying to gain information on users. -

Time to start listening to customers. If I view a sent email - I see the contact name, but not the email address. If I print the email - it shows the email address, but not the contact name.
ANYONE at AOL have any logical sense? Or were you only concerned with a "pretty" email, as if content did not matter? Emails need to be available for potential legal purposes. All details matter!
