Stop screwing up working versions just for the sake of change
You don't need to keep adding new things, because you keep screwing up old things in the process. The email used to work reliably; now random parts of a conversation go to spam, and the search function fails to find half of the things that include the search term. YOUR AI DOES NOT WORK RIGHT so stop forcing it on us until you get it right.

GO BACK TO THE LAST VERSION!!!!!! This one is HORRIBLE!!! Whoever designed this need to stand their *** in the unemployment line!!! This Sucks. you can't drill down im order of A-Z or change the order by date and I do NOT want a new mail AND an old mail inbox....ONE is just fine!!!

I So agree with others who have commented! I used to be able to go back to "basic mail" and google gives many ways to do that but those ways no longer work. I hate this way so much. Have had this account since early 2000's. AOL, please fix this!

They forced unwanted and unasked-for changes on us yet again that make things worse. I wish there was a way to just keep things the way they were. Now I have to use an ad blocker with AOL to deny AOL revenue because there is no other way to protest.

WHY did you just remove Switch to Classic View?! ACCESSIBILITY IS IMPORTANT!! I need everything about Classic View, from the pagination, (with around 30msgs per page & the ability to go right to the last page or jump back to the beginning), to the way it embedded viewing emails as their own link (so even with a tab refresh, you'd still be on the email or page in the folder), to the way it always kept the message preview UNDER the subject, not condensed into truncated nonsense at the end, come on, who insisted on removing all that?! who wanted AOL to end up being ~inaccessible?! getting rid of all its best features?! maybe I need to file a complaint to the FCC or ADA, some authority for disabled folks!

Have been using AOL since it first came to the UK many years ago. This new layout is the worst ever and it was forced on me without warning and I can't find any way of reverting to old layout.
