    Why has aol decided to essentially ignore their customers thoughts, ideas, suggestions? Not to mention making major changes to their discussion forum that make it virtually impossible to actually make a comment, and/or read comments.

    No company, no matter how large, can survive when they forget that the customers are what keeps them in business. I spent a long career in management when I was working with IBM. And the total focus was on customer service! AOL seems to have forgotten that there is a customer.

    Yes. They did this to me, and blocked my access. All for my part in a discussion involving Germany.

    Absolutely!!! I was commenting on an article regarding Germany. Nothing political! But my comment was blocked for violating some "rule".

    I see that OAN has censors who delete or block comments they do not like.

    I have seen this before on other sites, where their censors decide what is legitimate commentary. And block those who post comments with which said censors do not like, for whatever reason.
