  1. listen to what your members say ! get rid of these annoying videos that start as soon as you load AOL.

    have you tried taking the volume right down on the video ,just did it and it seem to remember when i went back on page ,rather then mute it which it doesn't seem to remember ,also there seems to be 2 mute option 1 on the main video and 1 on the pop up volume slider, try muting both , but no what you mean it used to be on mute until you wanted to listen any way i was trying to work it out this may work for you

  2. stop the compulsary videos.... Every time I enter AOL I get blasted by awful music which is a struggle to stop..
