  2. It's absolutely critical that you allow re-allow wildcards to block spam mail and increase the number of blocks to 10,000 or more!

    Agreed. Either the top row (that contains the arrows) needs to be fixed, or they need to be moved to the side. Once you pass about 20-ish filters, you can't see what you are moving anymore.

    In addition, this is a perfect use case for HTML drag and drop. The items should be able to be dragged and dropped into position.
