If AOL is having a technical problem, why do I have to pay to get help? Multiple userids are having the same issue and on different platforms. Don't have your help line connect to billing who makes it sound like they are listening to fix the problem, then suddenly spring the $19.99 charge on you and ask for your credit card. I've been an AOL user for a VERY LONG time. I guess it is time to move to GMAIL.
