Today my AOL App Disappeared from my Samsung S23 Ulta Plus. After I reinstalled the icon I was not able to access my email despite many tries. I contacted AOL support and the person who helped me was D. Together we attempted every option available. When I attempted to sign in, I would reach a full screen, black screen with a blue circle with an arrow attachment. I touched the circle in case touch would initiate a further access to my goal. Together we tried deleting possible obstacles such as Malwarebytes and McAfee Security. I was not able to reach my emails.
Having the email option is ESSENTIAL as I receive many medical directives and communication from my physician and others.
Note that I am able to use my AOL app on my laptop.
While I was working with D, I signed up for the paid assistance. Due to my age, 87, I am not able to sign up for higher level assistance.
D provided a work around so that I can use my mobile phone for email, rather than carry my laptop.
D is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, encouraging. Despite the issue of not being able to rely on my AOL APP to support me, I'm grateful to D for a wonderful experience and a great, temporary resolution.
