    Hi there. Please make sure you have the latest update to the UI, One UI 5.1. You can go to your device's settings, tap on ''Software update'' to see if this update is available for you. If it's not, please try again later. Additionally, if you do have this version, please check to have the latest keyboard 5.6.10.25. Settings>General management>Keyboard list and default>Samsung Keyboard>About Samsung Keyboard (bottom of page)>Update.

  2. Bring back predicted text, auto caps, spell check. It all works on everything EXCEPT AOL.

    I agree. Typing an email is torture now. The screen scrolls down constantly as I type. I'm a long term customer considering going elsewhere. Also, I don't appreciate all the ads that now appear in between new mail. I thought my payment was supposed to eliminate the need for them. Don't get greedy and fix the glitches!!!
